Carriage Charges
If you are making multiple purchases contact us for possible discount on carriage PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PAYMENT. Depending on weight for certain items there may be an additional charge for carriage to send to some regions of the UK. Where a postage price is shown it is inclusive of delivery to mainland UK except Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle Of Man, Isles Of Scilly - Contact us for for additional carriage charge details, we will need your post code.All postage / carriage charges shown include vat. See our Shop Page "Despatch and Payment Details" for full information on Payment & Despatch.
Delivery & Returns

Please note our target time for despatch is 2 days. We are often able to despatch same day for orders received prior to 3.00pm on a weekday but despatch may depend on volume of orders going through. UK Customers please advise us info@shop4autoparts.net  if you have not received your order within 4 working days so we can investigate any problems promptly. Export items will depend on destination for delivery time.

Items under 2kg are normally sent via first class post. Heavier items will be despatched via a carrier and these will require a signature on receipt, delays can be caused if there is not anyone available to sign for parel on receipt of goods. An option to send to an alternative delivery address may be available in some circumstances if this easier for you. In the case of items paid for by credit card we can only despatch to the address of the cardholder. 

For returns please note items can be accepted for return within 14 days but note the following conditions for items supplied correct to order:-

1) Buyer is responsible for return in suitable packaging at their cost.

2) A 15% restocking fee is charged (up to a maximum limit of £5)

3) Please advise us by email of return so we can monitor receipt and credit for you.

 
  

Goods paid for by Paypal or Credit Card  normally despatched within 2 working days (Excludes Weekends & Holidays). Our target is for all orders received and paid for by 3.00 P.M. to be despatched on that day. Although this is not always possible we will try to achieve this.

Cheque Payments 5 days from receipt of Cheque ( Cheques Payable to : Shop 4 Autoparts ).  

 Credit Card payments contact us by email   info@shop4autoparts.net  for details. Goods can only be despatched to the same address as that registered for the credit card.
