Frequently Asked Questions

1 - Do you do discounts for bulk orders?  Yes we do! Please contact us for large orders as discounts for items and postage will be different depending on the order.

2 - How much is postage? Postage varies depending on items but there is a guide on the ebay listing.

3- How long does the item take to be delivered? We aim to get your order out within 24-48 hours. We use royal mail for uk items and airmail for europe and worldwide. Postage to the UK usually takes around 3 working days on average but can take longer depending on factors out of our control. If its urgent please purchase special delivery next day delivery. Europe and worldwide take between 5 - 15 working days with the odd exception out of our control.

4-  Do you exchange if i buy the wrong size? Yes we do exchange if its the wrong size upto 14 working days after you have received the item. You will have to pay for the item being sent to us and also return postage to get the item back to you. Please Note - If the item is personalised then we can not offer an exchange so if you have any concerns over the sizes please contact us before ordering.

5- Will you leave me feedback? Yes we always leave feedback after the buyer has left us positive feedback as our system automatically does that for us.

6- Im not happy about the item received? Please contact us if you are not happy in anyway so we can resolve the issue. Leaving neutral or negative feedback wont resolve the issue.
