How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You should receive an email to confirm that your item has been sent. Our aim is to have all items dispatched the same day or the next working day subject to stock availability.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

If you have made a mistake please contact us via eBay Messages immediately so that we can make arrangements to rectify the order before it is dispatched. If we have already dispatched your order please follow our returns process.

Can I cancel my order before it’s dispatched?
