If you change your mind about a garment, it can be exchanged as long as we receive the garment back within 25 days, the garment is clean and unworn, and all original tags are attached. We are also happy to credit or refund the sale.

Faulty Garments - Online
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with original and quality pieces. However, occasionally faulty garments slip through unnoticed. In accordance with the Consumer Guarantee’s Act, when a faulty garment is returned to us, accompanied with a proof of purchase, we will replacing the item within a reasonable amount of time, before choosing to refund the sale.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All sales of discounted items in our boutiques are final.
The item being refunded will be refunded by the original form of payment.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the original item is deemed faulty. Repaired/replacement items will be sent out at our expense.
Items returned for exchange/refund will be processed within 5 working days of being received.
Items deemed faulty will be replaced or refunded within 10 working days of being received.
