Shipping

We will accept returns for items that are no longer required. An intention to make a return must be made in writing (via eBay email or by postal letter) with cancellation date no later than 7 days after the date of delivery of your item.

We do not accept cancellation of orders 7 days after date of delivery of goods.

Returns are your (The Buyer) responsibility and any costs incurred for returning are to be paid by you and are not reimbursable. We would advise that all items are returned in a traceable manner.

On proof of a return being sent to Cardiff Motorcycles Limited, Unit B6 WestPoint Industrial Estate, Cardiff CF11 8JQ, we will refund as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation being received.

All items returned must not have been used or fitted and must still be in their original condition. Batteries must not have been filled with acid and items such as clutch plates must not have been soaked in oil. All items returned must be in the same condition they were supplied in.

We request that all items be returned in the same packaging as dispatched. We understand this is sometimes not possible but if you could kindly put any original packaging in the return box.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Royal Mail Lost orders

Orders of a certain weight and value are sent royal mail standard and recorded. Royal mail are very competitively priced and offer a great service however, ANY parcel lost or not delivered is now not covered by any kind of insurance (even when tracking proves non delivery) We have to now make claims through an ombudsman “Postal Review Panel” to do this we require a legal letter signed by you confirming a parcel has not arrived. Royal mail DO NOT class a parcel as lost until a 15 working day period has passed. Please understand even royal mail first class recorded is not a guaranteed service, royal mail advise 98.7% of parcels arrive the next day.
