| Returns
- All items are fully tested and checked before listing, if however there are any problems please contact us as soon as you can and we will either replace the item (dependant on stock) or issue a refund.
- We do not collect faulty items but on return (by the customer) if found to be faulty we will refund the postage
- We try to give accurate descriptions of damage and models the part will fit, if you are purchasing for a model not listed we cannot be held responsible if the item does not fit.
- We will try to advise you as much as we can either by email, phone or post.
- Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refuned, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is customer responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You have to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
