Returns and Refunds
Scarletroom wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.

If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund. For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked.

Time Scales
Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return - Guaranteed

Returning an Item
No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned. We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a free post returns address.
