Where do you ship to?

How long does delivery take?
Please allow 3- 5 working days within UK and 10 working days for international deliveries, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We do our best to despatch same day. 98% of our customers' orders do arrive within this time frame. However some countries could experience a slight delay depending on their customs regulations and local postal services.

If I buy multiple items will I have to pay postage for each individual item?
No - if you make more than one purchase all the items will be consolidated into one checkout so you only pay once for postage.

What happens if I'm out when the courier tries to deliver?
UK couriers are required to leave a card for attempted delivery. The card will provide contact details and instructions for you to follow.

How do I pay?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay for your online transactions. This also ensures that your transaction is absolutely secure. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Savile Row Company operates a 'No Quibble Guarantee'. If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, return it to us using our free post service within 90 days. We promise to exchange the item, or return your money in full without quibble. We even accept a washed shirt if you need to send it back! This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Our Customer Care Number is 028 7939 5005. The lines are open from Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 6.00pm .

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
We are sorry you have received the incorrect order. Please contact one of our friendly customer services advisors on 028 7939 5005. We promise to exchange the item (depending on stock availability), or return your money in full without quibble with our sincerest apologies.

What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock we endeavour to make contact offering a suitable alternative. If contact cannot be made, the out of stock item will be detailed on your despatch documentation. If there is a further delay to your order we will send a letter to the billing address detailing the date that the out of stock items will be due in. Where orders contain some items that are in stock and others that are not in stock we may part ship the order with the items that are available. The out of stock items will be shipped at no extra cost to the customer when they are available.

How long will it take to receive my exchange/refund?
Upon the receipt of your return it normally takes up to 5 working days. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact our customer services team on 028 7939 5005.

Do your trousers and chino's come hemmed?
For all orders through our eBay store our suit trousers come unhemmed or with finished leg length. 30" = S, 32" = R, 34" = L or U = Unhemmed. chino's have a leg length of 30" = S, 32" = R or 34" = L .

If commit to buy an item does this guarantee I will receive my order?
If you commit to buy an item you must complete the purchase within 24 hours to guarantee your order. When you commit to buy an item the stock is not allocated this is only done when payment has been completed.
