Safari Island Terms of Purchase and Payment

By making a purchase on any of the Safari Island web sites or associated eCommerce sites you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions set out by Safari Island.

Safari Island endeavour to always provide correct pricing and information about the products on the websites however in the event of a mistake occurring we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale and cancel any transactions that have not been despatched to the purchaser, we will then give the purchaser the right to cancel or resubmit at the correct price or select an alternative product.

Promotion codes and eVouchers remain the property of Safari Island at all times and have a face value of no more than £0.001.  Promotion codes and eVouchers are issued in good faith and are valid for one use by one customer, if there is perceived misuse of voucher or promotional codes Safari Island reserve the right to remove and discontinue all associated codes.

Payment is required in full before any items will be despatched from our warehouse. Acceptable payment methods are as shown on our website.  If any payment to Safari Island is rejected or reversed by a customer or their method of payment then Safari Island will seek to recover the original payment and all associated costs of recovering such payment including legal fees.

We will combine your invoice for you in the event of promotional postage rates being applied. We deliver to the Paypal or Credit Card / Debit Card account holders address only.  If you wish to pay by Credit or Debit card please email us or call us on 01926640020, please note on eBay when you choose payment method Credit / Debit card it does not automatically take payment you have to contact us directly.
