Any listing with "Custom" in the title or description is classed as a custom order item. There is a list of available custom options detailed in each listing (e.g. size, leather colour) - the winning bidder should contact us via eBay messages with their custom requirement at auction end.

Custom items usually take 5-7 working days to have made following cleared payment (and custom requirements submitted) before dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 working hours of us receiving cleared payment (or your custom item being ready).

Orders usually arrive within approx 2-4 days for the UK, or 1-3 weeks for International (delivery times exclude weekends and holidays). Please check with your local post office if the order not arrived within the above estimated time-frame.
