the item is as described, was wrapped in lots of bubble wrap but the box was not sturdy enough to handle the brutal christmas delivery process and was battered which has meant that the item was broken beyond repair, this is not technically the senders fault but a suggestion would be to use a far more study box when the items are fragile. no negative comments re sender, this is for info only, I'm happy with cost going as a donation for all the homeless animals, keep up the good work
