Every item we sell is carefully and personally selected to offer highest possible quality at the keenest prices. Many are available exclusively from Rothesay Music.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lead Time For Despatch:
Items will be despatched within 1 working day of receipt of Paypal, credit card or  Postal Order payment.  Items paid for by cheque will be despatched on clearance of funds, which may take up to 7 working days. Please note that we despatch Monday to Saturday only.

Recorded Delivery Option:
Most of our items are fairly small and can be sent by Royal Mail.  A proof of posting certificate is obtained for every item despatched, however we recommend that your item is sent insured and recorded, for which you should select the Royal Mail First Class Recorded option. Insurance on overseas airmail delivery costs an additional £3.50. If you require alternative delivery service please email for prices.

Enquiries about delivery:
Please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive before contacting us. Please remember we do not despatch on Sunday. Please email sales@rothesaymusic.co.uk in the event of non-delivery.

When you receive your item:
If there are any problems when you receive your item you must contact us as soon as possible. Items should be opened and inspected immediately on receipt. In the event of transit damage please retain ALL packaging and inform us as soon as possible

Feedback:
We will leave positive feedback on receipt of payment. Please leave posititive feedback for us  when your item is received. If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us and allow us to rectify them, before leaving feedback.

Returns:
Any new item that is faulty or damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. If a replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price plus postage. Non-faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that non-faulty returns may be subject to a re-stocking surcharge of 20%. All carriage costs remain the responsibilty of the purchaser. Returns MUST include all original packaging and documentation. Please note that DVD, CD and books are non-returnable unless faulty, when they will be replaced with the same item.  CD & DVD items may only be exchanged for alternative items if the factory seal is unbroken.

We accept payment by Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Orders, Cashiers Cheque or Credit/Debit card. Cheques/POs should be made payable to "Rothesay Music". Payment information for international customers:

We accept only £GBP by Paypal, Credit Card, International Money Order or Cashiers Check. Checks/money orders should be made payable to "Rothesay Music" We do not accept payments in any currency other than £GBP. We do not under any circumstances accept non-UK personal checks or postal orders, Western Union or direct bank transfer.
