Can I return any Items?

Yes. Fill in the returns form on the back of your delivery note and post the goods to the following address

Do I have to pay for Returns?

Yes. We have supplied a returns label on your delivery note,there is a £3.00 charge to cover the cost of postage and processing. Or we recommend you post any returns using a carrier who can give you a ‘Certificate of posting’. Until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.

Can I return the items to a Roman Originals Store?

We are sorry, all items need to be posted to the address above, Roman Originals stores cannot refund Pay Pal purchases.

How long can I keep my order before returning?

We ask that you return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 days after we receive your returned goods.

Can I exchange my items?

If you require an exchange post your item back to the address above and we will send out the correct size to you free of delivery charge.
