Estimated delivery times are based on orders being placed before 2pm Mon-Fri.

All times are quoted based on working days.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Delivery Address:
Goods will be sent to the address provided.
No liability will be accepted for incomplete or incorrect address details.
Courier Cost/Promotional Delivery Cost:
The courier cost or promotional postage rate of £6.49 only applies to domestic shipping locations.
This excludes the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
A surchage will be payable for delivery to these locations depending on size and weight.
Please contact us for a delivery quote if are in one of these locations prior to making a purchase.
For smaller orders qualifying for the promotional postage price we may use Royal Mail's 1st class recorded service.
Courier Delivery Terms:
Items delivered by courier should be delivered the next working day after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.
Please note that someone will need to sign for the item(s), should you not be in it may be worth leaving a note to indicate a preferred neighbour who may accept the goods on your behalf. UK MAIL does not specify a delivery time so could deliver between 7.30am and 6.00pm.
Parcels should be checked for damage or signs of being opened before signing and if this is the case should be signed for as such. If this isn't done no claim for damage or loss can me made.
To claim for damage we must receive written notification within 3 days of receipt.
Parcels will be held for up to 5 days from dispatch at the local delivery depot if unable to be delivered. If we are not contacted about non delivery of an order and it is returned to ourselves a redelivery charge will apply.
