General Interest

I have a good selection of panels and body sections available.

All are basically solid without rusty swellings along the seams but most will have paint scuffs, chips, scratches etc. and sometimes minor dents, nothing that a good rub down and skim fill won't cure!

Occasionally I can salvage a panel with exceptional paintwork that could in some cases be bolted directly to your car and when available, are reflected in the top end of the price guide below.

Collection is always recomended and prefered ... that way you can select the panel you like the look of most and eliminate the risk of third party damage in transit. Packaging a tailgate, for example, to stay within courier services size restrictions is time consuming and there is no easy way of protecting the screen, that, being glass, will not be covered for damage!

If you can't spare the time or it's not cost effective to collect then most items can be delivered ...

Doors can be sent via Royal Mail for around £15 (worldwide extra).

Tailgates can be sent via courier for around £40 (UK only).

Bonnets can be sent via haulier on a pallet for around £60+ (UK only).

Doors £50-£120.

I have a very good selection of doors, Mk2/early Mk3 and the later Mk3 with locks below the handle, some with the studs to attach the exterior trim moulding, some with studs removed or from Sport models.

Tailgates £50-£100.

I also have a very good selection of tailgates, generally always Mk3 but can be coverted for Mk2 use. Most have the factory holes to mount the rubber spoiler, some with holes filled or from base models. Screens, usually bronze tinted but occasionally clear, are included but can be removed on request.

Bonnets £50-£150.

I ocasionally have Mk2 and Mk3 in stock. I also have a Mk1 pre-facelift flat bonnet in above average condition at the moment.

Front panel/valences £50-£150.

When I can salvage a good one they don't usually stay here for long! Generally, they are Mk3 and around £100 if worth taking off.

Front wings £50-£150.

Same applies to these as to front panels ... I only remove genuine Ford wings as pattern steel or GRP replacements are readily available for under £100.

Roof £100.

I only keep the solid roof although will happily remove one with a factory sunroof on request. The solid roof is far less common and has the advantages of increased headroom, less weight and no risk of water leakage.

Scuttles £50.

Spare wheel wells £20.

Headlamp bowls £20.

Front chassis crossmembers £20.

Generally, sections cut from cars will have some adjoining metalwork that will need carefully removing before the panel can be fitted.

Other items.

I currently have a 4cyl. N/S inner wing complete with headlamp bowl and battery tray all in excellent condition. All adjoining metal that was attached when it was removed from the car (an accident damaged low-miler) has been carefully removed so this combination of panels is ready to be grafted on, £100 to clear.
