I prefer payment by Paypal, but also accept personal cheques and postal orders. If you would like to pay by any other method please email me and I'll see what I can do!

Please send payment within 3 days of auction end. If this isn't going to be possible please just pop me an email and let me know what's going on. I don't bite!

First class postage and packaging costs to the UK will be £3. To the EU shipping is £4 and anywhere else £6.

I check all of my items over thoroughly before sale, however the majority of them are pre worn, and there will be times when I might miss minor flaws. Vintage items particularly may be up to 50 years old and therefore may not be perfect.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days to discuss and I will be more than happy to help.  Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and return postage is at buyers own expense.

Refunds are only offered on Auction items if they are significantly not as described.

Any refund is subject to receipt of the item back in it's original condition. I reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 20% of purchase cost for items not returned in satisfactory condition.
