We will refund you in full. We process returns as soon as they arrive, however during extremely busy periods please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
Important Note: Unfortunately we can only accept returns of products purchased via our Ebay outlet. If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists or dealers, please arrange your return with them directly.

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week. Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Collect+ to your local Regatta store.

Collect+ Instructions When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label.
Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.
1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/regatta and follow the instructions to purchase your returns label.
2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.
4. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at https://www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new.

How to return
A returns form is included in your parcel. This slip is your proof of purchase. Please complete the returns form and enclose it with the goods you are returning to:

Please note: If you return your item the postage costs are your responsibility and we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate, as the parcel is also your responsibility.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We do process returns as soon as they arrive but this can take up to 14 days. The customer service team will e-mail or write to you to confirm once the return refund has been processed for you.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not exchange items we only refund returns if you required another item you would have to replace the order.
