RETURNS POLICY.

Made to Order items - ie. ANY of our items where a specific request is made, such as requests for certain scenes or characters of film cells or where a change is made to an item based on your request. Please be aware that ebay do have returns policy rules regarding "Made To Order" items. Please check this information out by using their search facility.

For Straightforward returns (Not including made to order items):

  1. If you are not happy with your purchased item, please e-mail us immediately. Please read the rules specifically regarding Hand Made to Order items as they are not covered by the distance selling rules.
  2. To return an item - buyers MUST complete a request to return through ebay's resolution center. Returns will NOT be accepted if buyers do not use this facility, so be warned.
  3. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, using the same packaging / type of packaging as was sent and in the exact same resaleable condition.
  4. All buyers must complete the returns form via ebay's resolution centre. Returns will NOT be accepted if this has not been completed for each item being returned.
  5. We will not be responsible for items being returned that become lost or damaged in the post, and the buyer then becomes liable to make a claim for compensation against the Postal System themselves. 
  6. In the event of the item becoming lost or damaged on its return, we will not be liable to refund your money - we therefore insist that items are returned using a trackable service to cover yourself.
  7. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the item cost for each item returned - this is allowable under ebay rules.
  8. Ebay have rules regarding misuse of returns, such as sending an empty box back, sending an incorrect item back or if the item sent back is damaged. Sellers can make a counter claim of misuse of the system.
  9. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES OF RETURNING AN ITEM - THE COST OF POSTAGE WILL BE MET BY THE BUYER
  10. BY MAKING A PURCHASE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ ALL OF THESE TERMS.

Receiving Damaged Items

We cannot be held responsible for damages caused whilst the item is in the hands of postal services.
UK Buyers - 
  •  In the event of receipt of damaged goods - it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim against Royal Mail.
  • From our experience Royal Mail will contact you directly and will require you to send them the packaging and whatever else they need to provide compensation. 
  • They usually require a response within 3 working days, which is why we ask for you to deal directly. If they send us the letter, we would then have to forward it on to you causing a delay and potential loss of compensation.
  • Items which are damaged cannot be returned to us as it cannot then be proven if the damage was caused going to or from the buyer.
  • We will e-mail you a copy of the proof of posting to support your claim, however, we cannot send the actual certificate in case of claims by other buyers.
  • By making a purchase you are agreeing to our policy.

International Buyers -
  • We will try and make a claim to our Royal Mail service. In ALL claims postage costs (including insurance) is deductable from the amount paid through paypal.
  • We expect all buyers to remain patient whilst we make a claim against Royal Mail as it can take a month or two for them to investigate.
  • Once we have been refunded, we will then issue a refund through paypal.
Claims for Non-Receipt
  • In all cases - we will file a claim for compensation to Royal Mail after 17 WORKING days (UK CUSTOMERS) or 25 WORKING days (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS) following dispatch. Royal Mail then takes approx. 30 WORKING days from receipt of the claim to investigate. 
  • Due to new practices by Royal Mail - customers will have to wait for refunds until they have completed their investigation as we have had cases of claims being made which are fraudulent.
  • Royal Mail are now contacting UK buyers directly to obtain proof, in writing, that you have not received your item and you are expected to respond in the time they set. 
  • If you do not respond, or in time, they will not compensate and neither will we, so be warned!
  • We are sorry to take this action but we are a business which cannot afford being out of pocket for the money or the goods, which is happening more and more often these days!
  • BY MAKING A PURCHASE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND WILL BE REITERATED TO BOTH EBAY AND PAYPAL IF CLAIMS ARE MADE WHICH GOES AGAINST THESE TERMS.

We would very much appreciate your understanding of this matter by NOT leaving negative feedback for something that is not our fault!
