 Q: I have only received part of my order?
  A: If you have ordered more than one item from us, it is possible they may have been shipped separately. If the entire order has not arrived within 7 working days, please let us know.
 Q: Will these wipers fit my car?
  A: If you are unsure the blades you are looking at will be suitable please contact us with the following information: 1) Vehicle Make & Model 2) Vehicle Month/Year We will then let you know If we stock the blades you require.
 Q: Will these bulbs fit my car?
  A: Please refer to the original handbook provided with the vehicle, this should have the bulb fitment information in. Alternatively please contact us for further assistance.
 Q: Will these spark plugs fit my vehicle?
  A: Please follow the link below to determine the correct plugs for your vehicle. http://www.ngkpartfinder.co.uk After entering your vehicle details you will be given a 4 digit stock code, (3521 for example). Please contact us with the stock number and quantity required, we will then let you know if we have the plugs you require.
 Q: How do I know which NGK Iridium spark plug I require?
  A: Please contact us with the original part number (B9ES for example). We will then link you to a suitable Iridium upgrade if we stock it.
 Q: How many Spark plugs will I receive?
  A: This information will be clearly stated in the listing, if you are unsure please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be more than happy to let you know.
 Q: Will these LED bulbs cause an error to show on my dash?
  A: If the vehicle has a Canbus (bulb failure system) then the LED bulbs may require resistors installing, we can supply these free of charge with your order, please leave a note in the eBay checkout notes for us to include these with your order. (Please note resistors cannot be used with interior/dashboard LED's)
 Q: Do I need resistors?
  A: Not all vehicles are fitted with a Canbus system. However those which are, means you require resistors to install your bulbs correctly. This is due to the fact that our LED bulbs draw far less power than a standard bulb causing the vehicles computer system to believe the bulbs are not working, when in actual fact they are.
 Q: How do I install Resistors?
  A: If you require a helping hand installing resistors we will happily send you some instructions to your email address. All we require is an email from you requesting instructions with your email address included.
 Q: The bulbs fit but do not work?
  A: In many cases, this may be due to the fact that they have not been installed correctly. For example with our 501 sidelight bulbs you require to turn them 180 degrees and try installing them. If this does not help then please contact us and we will try and resolve your issue.
 Q: Is this part suitable for my vehicle?
  A: We will always try our hardest to try and find a suitable part for your vehicle. Before contacting us, please ensure you have checked the listing carefully for variants, and additional notes that may help differentiate this part. After doing so and you are still not certain it is for your vehicle please contact us with your vehicles registration.
 Q: Will this Stereo Lead fit my vehicle?
  A: As there can be several variations for stereo leads, the best thing we can recommend is to check the connections/dimensions available in our eBay listing. This will save the disappointment of receiving the lead and finding out that it's not suitable for your vehicle.
 Q: How Many Do I Receive?
  A: Please read the listing carefully before requesting information on the product, as generally we mention the amount supplied in an order. If we do not mention this, the image itself and title should help guide you in the correct direction.
 Q: Are These Road Legal?
  A: We have a variety of different bulbs available for your vehicle, some of which are road legal in Europe whilst others are not. The listing will clearly state whether the bulbs you are looking at are or not. Please read everything fully before contacting us with queries.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Shipping and Handling charges are clearly stated on each listing for UK, Europe and International. You pay the most expensive item and then each additional item is charged at the reduced postage rate.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class standard unless otherwise stated in the listing. Delivery is estimated to be made within 2-4 working days, please allow a minimum of 7 working days for the item(s) to arrive. (14 working days to Europe). Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
 Q: Where Is My Item (UK Based)?
  A: We dispatched your order as soon as possible, which would have reached the Royal Mail on the date stated on your dispatched e-Mail. Royal Mail First Class Standard offers a 2-3 business day delivery period, so your order should be with you shortly. However, unexpected delays can occur, so we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 business days.
 Q: It has been over the stated business day period where is my item?
  A: Your item should have arrived by now. Please bear in mind public holidays and weekends before contacting us. If you are certain your item should have arrived, please do the following: 1. Confirm you have checked at your local sorting office 2. Confirm your postal address
 Q: Do you deliver to my country?
  A: Delivery varies on the item itself, so please check this carefully before attempting to purchase. It will state whether we do or not in the listing under the 'Postage' tab. Please check this before asking us, as we are unable to make exceptions
 Q: What payment methods do you accept?

 Q: Do you ship to Ireland?
  A: The listing itself will state otherwise, however we only deliver to parts of Ireland that have a postcode. If your area does not have a postcode then unfortunately we cannot deliver to you unless the Postage tab on the listing states so. Sorry about this.
 Q: How do I receive a postage discount on multiple purchases?
  A: Please commit to buy on all required items before completing the eBay checkout. When you have reached checkout stage the postage discount should be applied. If for any reason it has not been applied, please 'Request total from seller' and we would be happy to send you a revised invoice.
 Q: How long does it take for an E-Cheque to clear?
  A: An eCheque can take up to 9 days to clear. Your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared.
 Q: How do I pay by Debit/Credit card?
  A: Please commit to but the items on eBay, allow an hour for the order to show on our system, and then call us on 0208 0905 333 (Mon-Fri 10:30-16:30).
 Q: How do I pay by Bank Transfer?

 Q: I chose the wrong payment type, how do I change this?
  A: That isn’t a problem at all. Once you have decided on the way you wish to purchase please contact us. If it is via PayPal, please send us an email requesting this including your PayPal email address so we can send you a PayPal request.
 Q: If I buy more than one of an item, do I get a discount
  A: Unfortunately our prices are already as competitive as we can offer. Sorry about that. We do however offer a postage discount if you purchase all items and pay together for them all.
 Q: How long do I have to return an item?
  A: You have 14 working days to return the item in its original packaging. Please contact our friendly customer service team to authorise the return.
 Q: What is the returns procedure?

 Q: My Bulb has blown what can I do now?
  A: Sorry to hear this. It may have been caused by a number of reasons. Please contact us with details of what happened and which bulb it happened to and we will try and resolve this as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
 Q: I have purchased wrong; please can I cancel my Item?
  A: That is not a problem, we all make mistakes. Please contact us informing us of the product you have purchased wrong and whether you happy for us to cancel the order and we will being the cancellation process for you.
 Q: My item arrived damaged, what now?
  A: Sorry to hear this. Sometimes during transit parts may be damaged. If you are unfortunate to receive damaged goods, please contact us with what is damaged and what is wrong with it and we will try and resolve this for you.
 Q: When can I expect a reply to my Question?
