ORDERING GOODS
When you place an order for any of our products you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received your order.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Once you have decided to order a product from our range please select the buy now button on that page, if you require more then one item from our range please select other products in the same procedure. Once you have selected all the products you require please select the pay now button which will take you through ebays checkout system, if you aggree with the summary of the items and the total value of your order you can proceed to pay.
I accept payment through paypal.
I accept cheques or postal orders made payable to C. A. Sutton.
If sending cash through the post I will not be held responsible for the loss of payments.
DELIVERY
All delivery charges are displayed on the product page, I do offer a discount on multiple purchases but to receive this discount all items must be ordered at the same time and before you complete ebays checkout system. If you checkout each item individually ebay will calculate each item as a seperate postage.
If this does happen please contact me before making the final payment and I can adjust your invoice.
All items will be posted within 1 to 3 days of ordering.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit please let us know promptly.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
You can cancel your contract at any time upto 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to our customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and charge you the direct cost of the collection.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty ot misdescribed.
FAULTY GOODS
If there is a problem with thr goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms were last changed in 3rd January 2007.
