Studio opening days for collections are: Tuesday / Friday / Saturday & Sunday (11am - 5pm)
We are flexible if you are arranging your own courier please just get them to call to arrange.
IMPORTANT: Items should be collected within 7 days of auction end; failure to inform us of a delay in your collection may incure a charge of £1 per day storage upto the value of the goods and then they will be re-listed.

£15 delivery fee per trip for Local deliveries within 15 miles of NE1 2PZ (Newcastle Upon Tyne)
3, CityLink: National Delivery Options
CityLink: Small Item Delivery: (Upto 20kg in Weight & within size restrictions)
(NO INSURANCE OFFERED) on any free standing furniture when using CityLink's service below.
1, Requirements for this service:
items must be no more than 69cm by 69cm by 69cm absolutly no more than 20kg in weight per parcel.
2, Price for this service is dependent on size & weight but range from £11 - £26
3, This service is normally on a 2 - 3 day service with CityLink and is booked through Parcel Monkey,
4, Items must be moveable by one person
5, Sadly due to the majority of National Carriers not offering INsurance for free standing furniture WE DO NOT OFFER INSURANCE on long distance postage with Citylink. We do understand the cost makes it often worth the risk BUT please understand we will package to the best of our ability in cardboard but if it is thrown against a wall by city link carriers as it seems like it does at times they will not pay us any money and we can not pay you.
** We will package all items with cardboard and shrinkwrap and parcel tape to ensure your item lasts the journey but occasionally damages do occur, our other option is our recomended courier shown below which will take longer and will cost more but items will arrive in one piece.
** Prices start at £45 per item, please make us aware if you would like the recomended services rather than CityLink. As we will always quote you the cheaper option.
4, Recomended furniture Courier: UK Wide Delivery Options
(Further than 25 miles from NE1 2PZ - Newcastle Upon Tyne).
(NOTE: Glass or Marble will not be covered by insurance, this is at buyers risk)

We have contacts with various reliable courier serivces around the UK, if you wish to have your item transported via one of our competitive recommended couriers, please get intouch and we will give you some very competitive prices.
Estimated Courier Prices within England: range from £45 - £100 per item (we are also able to get further discounts for multiple items) Most of our recomended couriers accept "Cash on delivery for there service".
(Our recomended couriers do there best to work on a 7 days till collection then 7 days till delivery basis) They do take car of items and we have never had a damaged piece yet, they are a popular company however and please allow upto 21 days for a delivery.
