We accept Paypal & Cheques (UK Only) & orders are not reserved until payment is received. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days. We use Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class (your choice) for most UK & Priority Air Mail for International Postage. Approximate shipping times. Q: What packaging do you use?
A: Vinyl is sent in a heavy duty card mailer & stiffener (International orders we use 2 stiffeners). CD's are shipped in a jiffy envelope with additional padding placed around the cd. DVDs are shipped in a jiffy envelope. All items are shipped with an invoice.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund/exchange . Items must be returned in perfect (unused condition) & shipping will only be refunded on faulty or sent in error items. All returns must be pre-authorised in advance (contact sales@record-box.com for authorisation).
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we discount the cheapest additional shipping price by 50%. If you have ordered several items, wait to recieve the invoice before paying. This discount is not available on items with free shipping.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
