As you can see from our feedback we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We take every precaution to ensure that your purchase from us will be trouble free but just in case the unthinkable happens please see below for what to do. We have listed all of our current policies below, however, as eBay are constantly changing their guidelines we reserve the right to alter these as and when necessary.
If the item is not as described: We guarantee our listings to be 100% accurate so we would like to think that this will never happen. If, however, you are not happy that the goods are as described when you receive them, just keep all the packaging and let us know within seven days to arrange to return it. As soon as we receive the item back we will give you a full refund as long as it reaches us in the same condition it left us in.
If you no longer want the item: If, after purchasing the item, you decide that you no longer want the item or bought it in error then please let us know within seven days to see if you can return it. All Buy It Now auctions can be returned and we will refund the price you paid for the item (not the postage) as long as it reaches us in the same condition it left us in. Due to their nature, Auction items will not automatically qualify for returns for this reason and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
If you find the item cheaper elsewhere: Unfortunately we are not able to offer a price matching service (all of our auctions start at 99p anyway). If you do find an item cheaper elsewhere after purchasing from us then we would treat it the same as you no longer wanting the item (above).
If the item is faulty: Everything we sell is either new or thoroughly tested so this would be a very unlikely occurrence. Should it happen, keep all the packaging and let us know within seven days to arrange to return it. As soon as we receive the item back we will either send you out a replacement if available, or give you a full refund if not.
If the item is damaged in transit: We pack everything really well so the chances of your item getting damaged en-route is extremely unlikely. If it does happen just let us know as soon as you receive it and we will make a claim for you. Make sure you keep all the packaging as this may need to be inspected by Royal Mail. We fully insure everything we post so once the claim is processed we will be able to give you a full refund.
If the item is lost in transit: Everything we post is insured against loss so if your item does not arrive just let us know and we will put in a claim for you. We need to wait 3 weeks before claiming in case your item is just delayed and as soon as the claim is processed we will give you a full refund.
Please note: When returning anything to us the item must be posted within seven days of us accepting the return and the buyer will need to pay for all return postage costs. However, if the return is down to a fault on our part then we will gladly reimburse these costs when we process the refund.
We have tried to cover every eventuality with the policies above but should something else arise just let us know.
