Order arrived in a terrible condition.The forks were bent,a gear lever snapped,and the paintwork damaged,it had clearly been mistreated during the packaging/transit phase.Delivery co.are DX,who provide nothing by way of communication so its complete pot luck when they decide to deliver.they also failed to collect the bike for return on the day stated which ensured i wasted a complete day waiting in for them.Raleigh customer service atrocious,no apology and clearly couldn't care less.Avoid

2 day delivery, bike exactly as described. With the current offer, I paid only £211.65 for an absolutely fantastic bike: I'd have happily paid twice as much for a bike with this spec. I honestly don't know how Raleigh can make a profit selling these at such a low price but I'm glad they do! The only thing I'd say is that Raleigh frame size guide is a bit off. I'm 6'2" with a 32" inner leg and they recommended an XL. I actually ordered an L and It's big enough for me with the seat right down.
