Sales Policies
I send all my items with adequate and secure packaging and post within a maximum of 2 business days of receipt of payment (unless funds need to clear, in which case they will be posted on clearance). If you select the Get-It-Fast option, postage will be within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment. I offer Recorded, Special Delivery and International Signed For options on postage as well as standard delivery. Recorded Delivery offers compensation up to £36; Special Delivery offers compensation up to £500.
When you receive your item, please check that you are happy with it and then, if you would like, please leave me positive feedback. Once I know that you have received and are satisfied with your purchase, I will leave positive feedback for you.
If your item fails to arrive, please contact me so that we can work together to track it down. If Recorded / Signed For or Special Delivery options have not been taken up, I do still obtain a Certificate Of Posting for every item and will file for a refund from the Post Office.
If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please email me before leaving feedback so that I can resolve the problem for you. I offer a full money-back guarantee, including postage costs, if any item is not as described. This is subject to return of the item to me.
Returns Policy
Please contact me first if you need to return an item. Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Please include your name, ebay user id and the eBay item number with all returns.
All my items come with a full money back guarantee, including all postage costs, if not matching the item description.
For return of non-faulty items, return postage is at the buyer's expense and the item must be in the same condition in which it was despatched.
This policy is in accordance with current UK legislation, and does not affect any of your statutory rights.
Payment Details
All buyers will receive an invoice containing full payment details. Payment must be received within 10 days of sale.
For UK customers, I accept Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer, cheques and postal orders all in £ sterling.
For non-UK customers, I much prefer Paypal (in £) or Direct Bank Transfer (in Euros) but will also accept international money orders IN £ STERLING (GBP) ONLY. Please do not send international money orders in any foreign currencies as I cannot cash them due to the excessive exchange costs at this end.
Postage costs to all destinations are included in every listing. Overseas buyers, please add an extra £3.70 if you require International Signed For - compensation up to £36 (or £5.90 for compensation up to £500). Please contact me before paying if you require this service.
