 | A: I offer both tracked and untracked postage options for all items to all locations.
If you are in the UK, you will receive a tracking number if you opted for either Recorded or Special Delivery.
If you are outside the UK, you will receive a tracking number if you opted for International Signed For. There is no tracking number for standard Airmail. |

You should also have received a despatch notification email giving you the despatch date. This is done automatically by Ebay and is sent to your Ebay registered email address (not Ebay Messages). It will be headed Order Update. |

 | Q: Do you offer combined postage? |

 | A: Yes, all multiple items will be weighed as one parcel, wherever possible, and postage charged accordingly. Please click on the Postage Discounts link at the top of my item description for more details. |
 | Q: How quickly do you send out items? |
 |
 | A: Items are posted within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment. This means a very fast turnaround for payment by Postal Order, Direct Bank Transfer and Paypal (instant payment) but I do need to wait for clearance for cheques and uncleared Paypal funds such as e-cheques. |
 | Q: How much is the Postage & Packing Charge? |

 | A: All postage and packing charges for all areas (UK, Europe and Rest-Of-The-World) can be found on every item by clicking on the Postage And Payments tab at the top of the item description. I always keep this as low as possible and don't add any additional handling charges. I always combine postage and don't profit from postage costs. |
 | Q: Which payment methods do you accept? |

 | A: I accept payment by Paypal. This allows you to use a credit card or bank account to fund your payment. I accept UK cheques and postal orders and international money orders, all in GBP ONLY. From Eurozone countries, I also accept direct bank transfer in EUROS ONLY. |
 | Q: Is this item sealed? |

 | A: All new CDs will state in the description either "NEW & SEALED" or "NEW (NOT SEALED)". I receive many brand new items direct from my suppliers which are not factory sealed. This is common in the UK and does not mean they are used. I never describe used items as new. Please click on My Reviews & Guides link for more detailed info. |
 | Q: Is this item genuine or a copy? |

 | A: All my items are genuine legitimate releases. I don't sell pirates, bootlegs, copies or illegal items of any description. I also don't ever sell inferior Far Eastern issues. |

 | Q: Why hasn't my item arrived yet? |

 | A: If you have paid by Paypal please check that the payment has cleared. If you have used an e-cheque, for instance, this is not an instant payment. Paypal do not make it clear to you when your payment is by e-cheque (which takes ages to clear). If you have received a despatch email then please contact me as occasionally things go astray in the post. |
 | Q: What happens if my item gets lost in the post? |

 | A: If your item fails to arrive, please contact me. If it has been lost in the post then I will send a replacement, if available. If I don't have a replacement then I will issue a refund. I will make a claim from Royal Mail who may contact you to confirm non-delivery in order to process my claim. |
 | Q: What if my item gets damaged in the post? |
 |
 | A: I use sturdy and appropriate packaging for all my items to minimise any chance of damage. However, if postal damage does happen, then please contact me so that I can either replace or refund. I will need to put in a claim with Royal Mail so please keep all packaging and be prepared to send me photos of the damage to enable me to submit my claim. |
 | Q: When do you leave feedback? |

 | A: As soon as I know that you have received your item and are happy with it. You can send me a message or leave feedback for me to confirm this, either is fine. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact me before leaving feedback so that I can sort out the problem for you.
Feedback is optional so I won't hassle you if you don't bother. |
