Once the 28 days have passed, and until 45 days; we will not offer refunds on unwanted footwear, but we will gladly exchange for another pair for the same value

| Please remember that the customer is entitled to cover cost of postage and packaging unless the shoes are faulty or we have sent the incorrect item. The Postage charge can be paid through an e-invoice which we will send you once you have contacted us. |

- Please Enclose the form with your Return, This will help us to identify and process your Return/Exchange.
- You can use our pre paid Label to Return / Exchange (Uk customers Only).Pre Paid Label will cost only £4.99. Please note that you don't have to pay to Post Office . We will ask you to pay for Exchange or will deduct this amount from your Refund.
