Dreadful! Item not received, requested a refund. Seller then very quickly sent out a totally different item from the one I ordered (sent 1 very thick pillow instead of 2 normal ones, which was no good for me), which I received the next day.
Could not request to return them because I had already requested a refund.
Happily, Ebay stepped in & I received my refund.
I will take this wrong item they sent me to a charity shop.
