This agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of QRG Services, in relation to the fantastic services offered by us through this site.
Note to Customers outside of the Eurpean Union: Customers outside the EU are not required to pay VAT (Value Added Tax).
All of our listings include VAT. Please "request a price" before you pay so we can remove the added tax. Please note, you may have to pay your countries import tax.
If you wish to return items for a refund, first contact us via e-mail at ebay@qrgservices.co.uk within two days of receipt. Then return the items in their original condition to the returns address below. We will refund the value of the returned items less delivery costs, providing the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Returned items must be received within 14 days. Always retain your proof of posting. QRG Services will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to the company.
