Communication is King!
I’m pretty easy going and flexible as long as I know what’s going on with the payment and P&P on wins. Problems have an amazing way of disappearing when people talk…
1. Bidding
1.1. If your feedback score is 5 or less please contact me before bidding otherwise I shall cancel your bids and may block your ID from future sales
1.2. I have established minimum buyer requirements via eBay settings but I am prepared to wave them on a case by case basis. If you are unable to bid but your ID is in good standing please contact me to discuss removing the block
2. Painted Miniatures
2.1. I frequently post miniatures I have painted for sale. While I make every effort to give a fair and accurate representation I consider them to be sold "as seen"
2.2. As such I will not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the quality of the painting
3. Unpainted Miniatures
3.1. Any unpainted miniature which appears within the pyre studios shop is either;
3.1.1. As new, unassembled but without any packaging or
3.1.2. has been stripped with industrial paint stripper leaving trace amounts of paint remaining on the model
3.2. Unless noted in the description all unpainted miniatures are complete and undamaged
4. Payment Timescales
4.1. Payment for an item should be made within 3 days of the win
4.2. I will send one reminder on the 4th day
4.3. If by day 6 you have not contacted me I’ll push for the both of us to cancel the transaction and will likely block your ID from future sales
5. Post and Packaging
5.1. I do a postal run three mornings a week on Mondays/Wednesdays and Fridays using Royal Mail
5.2. I only post to the address registered within paypal
5.3. I endeavor to ship within 3 "business" days of cleared payment so UK delivery is usually 3-7 days from payment
5.4. I always combine P&P so either wait for the invoice or ask for a total before paying for multiple items
5.5. I’m happy to offer insurance, signed for delivery etc… but this is at an additional cost to you and you have to ask for it
5.6. I pack things they way I would like to receive them ... P&P cost quoted is between 50p and £2 on top of the standard royal mail price. This pays for the boxes, padded envelopes, bubble wrap etc... if you find this objectionable please do not bid on the item. I make no apologies for transporting your goods safely
Special P&P Note - Books: Most of the books I have are either hardcover or thick softcover. The saving on Combined P&P for these items will be minimal unless we agree to use a courier service
6. Feedback
6.1. I always leave feedback for buyers but, in general, I do so after the buyer has left feedback for me. This is out of a desire to resolve any problems there may be without resorting to unnecessary negative feedback. If you have issues with any part of the deal then email me before leaving feedback
7. Discounts:
7.1. Outside of the combined postal discount I do not generally offer discounts
8. Returns
8.1. I follow the eBay returns process meaning that I only offer returns on "Buy It Now" listings and on "Second Chance Offers" for users within the UK. If you are bidding from the EU/ROW please note please be aware that it is unlikely that I will offer a returns policy
