| A:Please leave a note in the 'message to seller' box when paying by paypal,(dont forget to click save!!! or i wont get the message) or send me a message through ebay or email to : sarahholly1@aol.com |
| Q:Do You Combine Postage |

| A:Yes I do please ask for a revised invoice BEFORE paying so that I can adjust the postage amount as this is not automatic |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I accept returns within 7 days , items must be unused and in original packaging,I do not refund postage costs (either way)unless the item is damaged ot incorrect. Please note I cannot acccept returns for personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:I do combine shipping, the shipping calculator should do this automatically however it is not always correct so please ask before paying if you are unsure and I will send you a revised invoice.Cards are £1.25 for the first card and 20p per card thereafter. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Cards & Sixpence Gifts are usually made the same day or day after payment.( I cannot post the same day as cards require drying time) All orders are posted by first class post, so should arrive within a week of ordering. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Cards are posted in a purpose made sturdy brown box to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Postage is £1.25 for the fist card and 20p for each one after that. Postage charge covers actual postage and packaging costs, I do not make any money from postage. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:International bidders are always very welcome, postage costs are kept as low as possible and packages are sent by airmail. |
