Terms & Conditions:
· All we ask is that you read the listing information carefully before placing an order, mainly to make yourself aware of exactly what you are purchasing and to minimise the chances of a problem occurring with your order.
· Post-sales care is just as important as pre-sales care to us. This means that if you have a problem today, tomorrow or even a year down the line we will always offer the same level of support.
· If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 7 days (after dispatch).
· We will be unable to accept the return of an order that is not “new and sealed” in its original packaging.
· In the rare event of your order arriving faulty or damaged, you may return it back to us for evaluation and we will refund you in full or send a replacement where possible.
· We will not be able to reimburse the postage costs you incur when returning an incorrectly ordered part but we will refund the product price in full.
· To return an order, please contact our Customer Support Team first, just to make us aware of why you are returning the item & so that we can add the relevant notes to your order.
