30 day “Satisfaction Guaranteed” Policy
We want you to completely satisfied with every purchase you make here at proaudiomart.com. If within the first 30 days after your purchase you are unhappy with your items you can return them for a refund, exchange, or a full merchandise credit towards the purchase of a different item of your choice.

Merchandise credits towards the purchase of an item of equal or greater value will be for your full purchase price. Refunds will be for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee to cover transaction costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, this includes free shipping and shipping included offers.

Bank card refunds will only be issued as a credit on the card originally used for the transaction. Internal earphones and microphones are subject to special return conditions listed below. Installed speaker drivers and installed turntable cartridges are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Authorizations
A return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of purchase to qualify, and the item must be shipped within 3 business days of the authorization. Just email us the tracking/confirmation number (returns@proaudiomart.com) along with the return authorization number to validate the return.

You are responsible for the safe return of your item, so please ship the item prepaid, properly packaged, insured and with a tracking or confirmation number. COD (Cash On Delivery) shipments will be rejected.

Return Condition
Items must be returned in “new” condition with no wear, damage or abuse and come complete with intact original packaging materials, warranty card, accessories and documentation. Original packaging material must also arrive in new condition. If the item was shipped to you with the factory packaging inside of a shipping box, it must be sent back the same way.

Merchandise returned damaged or incomplete will be subject to rejection, or an additional 15% restocking fee.

Internal Earphone Return Policy (Shure “E” series, Etymotic)
Due to the personal nature of internal earphone products, a bit of extra care is involved to make them suitable for resale, so the following exceptions apply to internal earphone returns:

$3.00 fee for sanitizing
$2.00 per pair charge for used foam inserts (cannot be sanitized, must be discarded)
$2.00 per pair charge for damaged inserts

Other than the above exceptions, internal earphones are subject to the same 30 day “Satisfaction Guaranteed” and Return Authorization policies listed above
