If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt using the returns form enclosed.
We can exchange the item for a different size/colour (new stock only) on receipt, or issue store credit/full refunds (excluding original delivery charge) if preferred. Please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we’d recommend you return it using an insured/recorded service.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. All items that are not returned in the original condition will subsequently be posted back to you.
