| A:We provide a very detailed description & plenty of pictures but feel that you should be able to return your item if you are not happy. We will refund you the full amount paid minus the postage. We are a customer focused eBay seller; this policy is part of our customer care initiative. Our service is second to none and our feedback proves it. |

| A:Yes we combine shipping, it’s very important for us to save our buyers as much as possible. Because our items vary in value so savings will vary depending on what is purchased. We will adjust postage cost accordingly but if you wish to know your savings before hand please do get in touch with your order requirements. |

| A:This depends on the postage option you choose. We post on Tuesday&Friday. We offer recorded delivery (1-3 days),we also offer guaranteed next day delivery. We often get requests for super fast delivery which is not a problem as long as you give us notice e.g. it maybe possible to post out the same day the items are bought, just ask for details. |
