 | A: Please email me within 3 days of your intent to return. You must pay for return postage with a tracking number (email it to me, please) and please make sure I get the item within 14 days. Once I receive the item and inspect it, I'll issue you a refund for the item price and original shipping costs! Thanks! |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: I will be very happy to combine shipping on items where packing them together is practical. If you are bidding or intend to bid on more than one item, please email me via the "ask seller a question" link and state which items you would like combined. I will send a combined invoice. Don't pay until you receive the combined invoice. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: I do my best to ship items quickly! Check my feedback - customers have been very happy with response time. Generally, if an auction ends on Sunday evening, I will have your item packed and shipped by Wednesday. However, in some cases (like complicated packing) it may take me until Saturday. I'll let you know if there's a delay. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: Shipping costs are based on the actual weight of the item and the service requested. I weigh my items and enter this weight and estimated packing weight into the eBay shipping calculator, or use known amounts in some cases (like with postcards). In hundreds of auctions I generally am right on the money! |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: No, at this time I'd like to keep my eBay business as simple as possible and therefore I ship United States Postal Service shipping only, and only to the USA. No international or Canada at this time. |
 | Q: Are vintage electronic items warranted? |

 | A: Many of the items I sell are 50 or more years old. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that they will work for another 50! So please, when bidding on vintage ham radio or electronic items, understand your capabilities in upkeep and repair of such items, and ask any condition questions you'd like answered before you bid.
