When will my item arrive?
For international orders, the majority of orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Occasionally delays in the postal system or at customs will result in delivery times of up to 28 business days (French / Italy / Spain). If you want arrive faster , you can choice EMS (arrive within 3 to 7 business day) , but need add USD $15 for shipping , If your item has not arrived within 28 business days, please contact us.

What are your policies on feedback?
We want to be certain that you are pleased with your order and that you give us the opportunity to fix any problem that may arise. For this reason, we have a computer program that automatically returns any positive feedback left for us.

I received a defective item, what do I do?
First, please make sure that your DVD player is Region 3 or region-free. We sell Region 3 items (for the ASIA markets). Once confirmed, please return your defective item using the return address label provided with your shipment. Please allow 14 business days following return for processing. Negative feedback or chargebacks nullify this return policy and return will be handled directly through eBay or PayPal. Our return policy provides for replacement of defective items, a refund rather than replacement may result in forfeiture of handling costs.

I received a Wrong item, what do I do?
Please return your item using the return address label provided with your shipment. We will credit up to $2.00 for return shipping to a future order through our store.
