Delivery Time
Delivery is usually 3 working days from completion of the order. We will always confirm delivery dates via email upon completion of your order. Collection of items is not possible.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products purchased through eBay. The items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories. The refund does not include any transportation costs. Please contact admin@plumbtraders.co.uk prior to returning any goods. We also reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking charge.
