Item was not as described, there was a noticeable defect. I contacted the seller and he sent an immediate refund, explaining that 2 similar items were sent out at the same time and they were probably mixed up. I don't think that the seller can do any more than that and therefore recommend, clearly an honest and genuine business. Thank you.

Great service. The item was ordered 2 days ago and even with 2nd class postage has arrived! The packaging was excellent protection for the item and even had a "fragile" sticker clearly evident. On opening the package my purchase was as described on the advert and I am really happy. Looking forward to using Phoenix Records again.
