At phenoptix we want to make sure we provide you with the products you thought you were buying.
To do this we aim to provide as much detail in the listing as possible, including electrical, brightness and physical measurements.
Further to this it has come to our attention over the last seven years that no matter what a listing says in black and white, what the picture appears to show is what you think you'll get, scale notwithstanding.
With this in mind it is now our aim to show pictorially exactly what you will get in the post in the listing. We aim to change all our listings to reflect this by July 2010.
