| Q:Do you realise that you have the units for Voltage and Current the wrong way around? |

| A:Yes. We understand that Voltage is measured in Volts and Current is measured in Amps. Some of our listing have the units the wrong way around due to a mistake made in a script used to generate the listings. Thanks for your concern! |
| Q:How can I tell the negative side of the LED? |
|
| A:For standard LEDs (the ones with two legs!) the negative is the shorter of the two legs.
For SMD LEDs there is an arrow or T on the bottom of the LED which points to the negative.
For Prewired LEDs the negative is the darker of the two wires, usually black. |
| Q:I can't pay until X date, is this ok? |
|
| A:Broadly, yes. However if the delay is more than a week it's probably better to cancel the purchase so you don't get an unpaid item strike. Contact us to do this as soon as possible. |
| Q:What is the tracking number for my item? |
|
| A:Most of our items are not sent via tracked services. Please check your item details to see if they've been sent via recorded or signed for mail and if they have please email us and we'll send you the tracking number. Royal Mail Airmail is not a tracked service. |
| Q:Do you offer combine shipping? |
|
| A:We do combine shipping on our orders. Add all the items to your shopping cart before completing check out or if you buy it now on all the items you want and only attempt to pay once you've finished shopping it should combine the orders and shipping for you. If this doesn't happen, please contact us before you make payment to combine your order. |
