We understand that buying a tow bar can sometimes be confusing, that's why we have a team of expert tow bar fitters avaliable to answer any questions you may have.
We have been fitting tow bars for over 50 years, so what we don't know about tow bars isn't worth knowing, any advice you need contact us via telephone, email, or instant messenger.
Unfortunately if you have purchased your product/item from another vendor we are unable to provide you with assistance.
We can easily guide you through any issues you may encounter while fitting your tow bar. We have fitting instructions for all makes and models of vehicle please feel free to request these prior to purchase or simply download from the listing page itself. Some vehicles require a bypass relay, some may take only 15 minutes to fit while others may take several hours. This will also vary depending on your skill level, if you are not completely comfortable fitting a towbar we recommend using a qualified fitter instead. We have a vast network of towbar fitting depots available if you would like your towbar fitted. Each point on the map below represents one of our fully qualified towbar fitting depots. If you require a towbar purchased from our eBay store to be fitted you will need to contact us on 0161 886 5798.
Prices vary from depot to depot and it also depends on what towbar and electrics you are having fitted.
How can I arrange a towbar fit?
1. Make contact with us via email, eBay message, MSN, Skype or simply call 0161 886 5798.
2. You will need to know your vehicle make, model and year.
3. The part number of the towbar you have purchased. If you are not sure of the part number, just the name and we will find the part number for you.
4. Whether you require single, twin, or 13 pin electrics fitting to your vehicle. (Twin/13 pin electrics are needed if you intend on towing a caravan and would like to charge the fridge whilst driving.)
5. Which depot you require a fit at.
What happens then?
Once you have made contact with us and have relayed the above information we will then contact your chosen depot to check availability with the depot and obtain a price. We will then get back to you with the price and a few dates that they are available to carry out your towbar fitting.
