What is a working day?
Working days for delivery companies are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. This means that a next day service on a Friday, for example, will arrive on Monday (the next working day).
When will my item be despatched?
We do our absolute best to despatch all items received with cleared payment before 2.30pm Mon-Fri on the same day (excluding bank holidays). All other orders will leave on the next working day.
Some items (including quad bikes, scooters, mini motos and specialist parts) may require a pre-delivery inspection or build service which can delay despatch until the next working day.
Sometimes payment issues, fraud checks, adverse weather and other unusual events can cause a delay to despatch that is beyond our control. If you require something absolutely urgently, we always advise you to call us on +44(0)2476 455893.
UK BUYERS: Who will deliver my item, and how long will it take?
The vast majority of our items are sent on a 24 hour service (next working day), either with the Royal Mail (small items), or with one of our courier partners (larger and heavy items). Bikes and machines may need to be delivered by pallet on a larger vehicle, and these deliveries can often take 2-3 working days.
Some areas of the UK (offshore and highlands) may take longer than the stated time frame. In rare circumstances, we may need to request additional postage costs for some of these areas. Where this happens, you will of course be entitled to cancel if you are not happy.
Tracking is only available for heavy/large items, and you will receive this via. ebay if your shipment does include it.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Who will deliver my item, and how long will it take?
We use Royal Mail international and UPS to ship our items all over the world. Royal mail is priced as 'Standard' and UPS is priced as 'Express', available as an upgrade where applicable.
Tracking will be provided in most instances, except for items shipped to EU counties on the standard service.
International delivery times: (subject to customs or other delays, which can sometimes add up to 2 weeks in rare instances)
- EU Standard: 2-7 working days (no tracking)
- EU Express UPS: 1-5 working days (precise tracking)
- USA Standard: 5-10 working days (basic tracking)
- USA Express UPS: 1-3 working days (precise tracking)
- Worldwide Standard: 5-15 working days (basic tracking)
- Worldwide Express UPS: 1-6 working days (precise tracking)

Shipping is not listed to my destination, can I get a quote?
Yes! Some items are difficult to price for worldwide shipping due to various reasons. Please contact us with your full address and details of which items you are interested in.
What is the basic returns policy?
We allow returns of unused, undamaged items for refund or exchange up to 20 days from when you receive the item. Exchange or store credit may be offered after this time.

What is the returns process?
- Open an ebay returns case.
- Package your item for safe travel. Include a note with your name, ebay user ID and postcode.
- Return the item to us (address above). We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund lost items.
- Allow 5 working days for us to receive and process the item (longer for international buyers).
- Call us on 02476 455893 (international buyers please send us an ebay message).
- We will arrange an exchange or refund as required.
Who pays for return postage?
The customer covers the cost of return postage. We will only be able to refund this where we have made a picking error, or otherwise made a mistake that has led to the return. If you believe this to be the case, you need to contact us before returning the items as we may need to send one of our couriers in to pick the item up.
For items that are simply no longer required, unwanted, or that do not fit your bike, we cannot refund the return postage due to the extremely low prices that we offer accross our range. There is simply so little margin that it is not possible for us to cover this cost.
International buyers may find that it is not cost effective to return unwanted items. This is because the shipping back to the UK may be more expensive than the value of the refund, particularly for low value items. It is usually far easier to resell the item in your home country, and many buyers realise a proft by doing this!
We accept payment online by PayPal. You can either pay with a paypal account, or using a credit or debit card (account not required).
