You must ensure that you have read the listing carefully and have looked at the picture to confirm that this is the part that you want, as careless ordering can be costly to us all.
The user of any of our products assumes responsibility for all risks when fitting, modifying or adapting any part of our product or their vehicle.
It is your responsibility to ensure that by fitting any of our products to your vehicle, you do not invalidate you insurance or warranty.
Please be aware that this applies to any regulations that may be stipulated by your car’s insurance company.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that the fitting of our products does not interfere with the other workings of your vehicle (e.g. brake parts).
All wheel fittings are considered as “Safety Critical” as they perform a very important task. They keep the vehicles wheels safely and securely attached to the vehicle whilst ensuring easy removal in the event of a puncture or servicing requirements.
With this in mind it is of up most importance that any parts supplied by us, which are to be used to fit wheels to any vehicle, are the correct specification. This is your responsibility as the end user/fitter

Spacers (various types explained):
It is your responsibility to order spacer kits that are within your vehicles limits, wheel arches, suspension parts, etc.
We offer 3 types of spacer fitting kits
Kit1
This kit uses universal spacers, this allows us to offer you an ‘economy priced’ solution when fitting wheels to your car that will normally not fit.
The downside to our kit1 is, that if these spacers are not fitted perfectly central and true in relation to vehicle hub, they may cause a slight wheel wobble at speeds of approx. 65mph and over.
Kit2
This kit also uses universal spacers but, has stud conversions added to the kit to aid fitting.
The stud conversion’s aid in the positioning of the spacers more accurately, minimising some if not all of the wheel wobble (again a low cost alternative to kit3).
Kit3
These are no doubt the best spacers you can use, but this is reflected in the price.
Kit3s are supplied with Hubcentric spacers. These spacers can be fitted onto the vehicles wheel hub perfectly central with minimum ease, this perfect fit means that all wheel wobble and any uncertainty in using spacers is totally removed.
All the Hubcentric spacers we supply have a homologated TUV approval, manufactured to ISO9000 and QS9000 standards. This is one of the most stringent safety tests throughout Europe.
These spacers, made by Simoni Racing, also have a patented fitting system allowing us to tailor the fit.
eg. When fitting both original wheels (where the hub size is the same) and aftermarket wheels (where the hub size may differ from car to wheel)
Beware of the many cheaper hubcentrics for sale on e-bay.
Product availability:
Due to the vast range and technical specifications of the products sold by us, we do not always have parts in stock. Although 99% of the time if it’s listed in our shop we have the stock, and as for the parts we may have missed, there is usually only a 2 or 3 days lead time for us to obtain the item. Maximum delivery time to you is usually less that 7 days.
If a product does become a problem to obtain, the buyer will notified immediately with the following two options:
- An expected delivery date or
- If available, an alternative product.
If neither of the options is to the satisfaction of the customer, a full refund will be offered.
Warranty:
All our products are guaranteed against defects in the material and workmanship.
The guarantee becomes void if the items are damaged, in an accident, unreasonable use, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper installations or other causes not arising out if defects in materials or workmanship.
Any product led to be believed faulty under warranty, may be returned to us for further inspections from our manufactures or suppliers.
Returns:
For all returns please ask us for a Returns Authorisation Form.
We will email you a copy to down load.
Please complete the form and return it with your goods.
This will speed up the processing time of your refund.
1. Items that are returned to us within 7 days of delivery in their original unopened packet and unused condition will be refunded at the value of the item only. Under normal circumstances postal and carrier charges will not be refunded, unless authorised by ourselves due to a mistake we made.
2. Items returned after the 7 day period will be subject to 15% re-stocking charge, items must be in unused condition and unopened packet and fully re-saleable.
3. No full refunds will be issued on spacer kits 1 and 2 when returned solely due to wheel wobble.
Spacer kit1, kit2 and universal spacers only, will only be considered for exchange against a higher value spacers or kits if returned unused and in original packaging. Unless they come under sections 1 or 2
4. No full refund will be issued on any spacers or spacer kits because they catch on the body work,
It is your responsibility to order spacer kits that are within your vehicles limits, wheel arches, suspension parts, etc.
5. Please read all listings carefully; make sure it’s what you want before you make a purchase, if you are unsure please ask. Buying products without reading the listing in full, is costly and time consuming and we can not afford to make many mistakes if our prices are to stay so low.
It will also cost you the postage both ways and a 15% re-stocking charge.
