Didn’t arrive in the box that was pictured and advertised and didn’t come with the guarantee card. Instead they have written 16 over the 6 persons box. Seller said he couldn’t do anything about it as thats how they were sent to him, which means he must be using someone else’s pictures and not their own!

It was genuine human mistake not checking the box but immediately offered buyer to return the item for full refund. it is unfair claim I didn't do anything.
