Q. Will the screen I order be brand new?
A. Yes the screen you receive will be brand new grade A direct from the factory.
Q. Will the brand new screen I receive be identical to my old one?
A. Yes but if not it will be a fully compatible equivalent as many the laptop manufacturers use different models of screens even in the same model of laptop.
Q. When will receive my order?
A. If you select the Shipping Upgrade option at point of purchase, and make your order with us before 3pm between Monday - Friday, your order will be shipped with an over night carrier and will be with you the following working day guaranteed before 1pm. If you make an order on Friday the next working day will be Monday for this service. The standard shipping option (free on all purchases) has an estimated delivery time of 1 - 2 working days.
Q. What if I miss the delivery of my item?
A. Our courier service will leave a card with their telephone number of the local depot, so you may arrange a convenient time for you to collect.
Q. Can I collect my order from you?
A. Yes you can collect your order from our shop front at 89 Albert rd, Southsea, Portsmouth, and you may also bring your laptop to us for fitting.
Q. Can you provide any technical support?
A. Yes we have many skilled technicians who are more than happy to help you please call, email or drop into our retail outlet.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept Paypal, debit and credit cards. We can also take credit card payments over the phone if you wish, please have the item number ready when calling +44(0)2393 162 007
Q. Will I receive a VAT receipt for my purchase so I may claim the VAT back?
A. Yes you will receive a VAT receipt either via email or hard copy in the post, if you are a VAT registered business you will be able to claim back 20 % of your purchase.
Q. Are the screens difficult to fit?
A. No, they are easy to fit and we can include fitting instructions with the delivery if requested. If you don’t want to fit your screen we can collect your laptop and fit it for you. To use this service please contact us for further details. You can also bring your laptop to our Shop premises for fitting. Please note that there is a small charge for our fitting services.
Q. I can't find the screen that I require in your listings?
A. We cannot list every model so please contact us directly and we should have it in stock. If on the rare occasion we don't, we will do our best find it for you.

A. We will either refund you the entire purchase amount or send out the correct screen, upon receipt of the incorrect item.
