Payment

Please complete the eBay checkout within 7 days of the purchase date. Our selling currency is Sterling, we don’t accept any other currency.

UK Buyers – We accept PayPal, Postal Orders & Personal Cheques (Payment by cheque must be cleared before dispatch)

International Buyers – We accept PayPal & Bankers Draft (Payment must be sent in Sterling) For multiple purchases please wait for us to combine shipping costs before making payment.

All our items are subject to availability . In the event we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform the buyer of this immediately. A refund will be given where buyers have already made payment.

Shipping & Delivery

If your payment is received before 2pm, your item(s) will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise next day dispatch will be assured. Weekend purchases will be dispatched on the first working day of the week.

We have daily collections with the Royal Mail & Parcelforce. Parcels weighing more than 2kgs are dispatched with ParcelForce.

UK Buyers – Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail fully tracked service. The shipping costs remain the same up to 3 items.

International Buyers – Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed for Service. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, your item will be held at your local depot for 2 weeks & then returned to us. We can’t be responsible & we will then require you to repay the original posting cost to resend the item to you. We are not liable for any importation tax due in the buyers country.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver items within estimated timescales.

Returns

You may return item(s) purchased from us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We require that the item(s) are returned to us in the same condition they were sent, unworn, with all the tags or labels and in the original packaging.

We would like to be notified immediately by email of the return.

To enable us to deal with your return & exchange quickly & efficiently, please enclose a note with your return stating your eBay ID, the reason for the return & your requirements.

The Buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returning a item. A postage fee will be applicable for exchanges.

Please note: for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear.
