Shipping and Delivery

If your payment is received before 2pm, your item(s) will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise next day dispatch will be assured. Weekend purchases will be dispatched on the first working day of the week.

We have daily collections with the Royal Mail & Parcelforce. Parcels weighing more than 2kgs are dispatched with ParcelForce.

UK Buyers

Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail fully tracked service. The shipping costs remain the same up to 3 items.

International Buyers

Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed for Service. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, your item will be held at your local depot for 2 weeks & then returned to us. We can’t be responsible & we will then require you to repay the original posting cost to resend the item to you. We are not liable for any importation tax due in the buyers country.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver items within estimated timescales.
