ITEM INFORMATION
Items are described to the best of my ability. All colors are represented properly according to my computer display. Different monitors may display colors differently, please keep this in mind. Sometimes I do use stock photos and sometimes I may use my own photo of an item. Use of some characters names and persons in the description are made as a reference for costume identification purposes or costume suggestions only. These items have no affiliation with such persons or characters. Some items are Genuine Officially Licensed Products, these items will show the term "Officially Licensed" in the title or description. However if you have any questions or are unsure about anything, please ask prior to placing a bid. This includes questions about payments and shipping.
COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES & WIGS
Costume items & wigs are just that. They are halloween costume quality (unless stated otherwise) and are intended for short term wear, dress up or prop purposes. On all Costumes, costume items, props, and wigs - it is possible that the styles, colors , accessories, and packaging may be subject to manufacturer changes. I do not make these items, so I do not have control over the changes that the manufacturers sometimes make. As nearly most of the items are new in package, these changes may not be easily noticed. I am doing my best to keep my listing descriptions and pictures as up to date and accurate as possible. If you are unsure of an item or think the item may not be up to your standards, Please do not bid.
WIGS: All wigs will require some gentle combing, fluffing, shaping, styling, and/or stuffing to achieve desired look. Some wigs such as afros, beehives, bouffants, pompadours, etc may require stuffing to achieve desired height or fullness. Stuffing can be a lightweight material such as a soft foam, newspaper, etc. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS WILL VARY. Head size, shape, and natural hair length all impact the way the wig looks and wears on each individual. Also, It can be expected that wigs will shed loose fibers, some more than others
INCLUDED ITEMS: Some accessories may be pictured but are not included unless specified. Please see description for details on what is included.
COSTUMES: for costumes, please use the size chart if provided on each listing for estimating size for the costume. Each listing may have a different size chart depending on manufacturer. Also for children’s costume pieces please refer to the size chart (if provided) and not the age of the child. Infants and toddler costumes may range by age (for example: 6 months or 2 T). It’s possible that Larger infants or toddlers may be in this age range but my not fit in the costumes. Different manufacturers’ sizes may vary. Please note everyone's body is different and costume items may not fit each individual as they fit the models in the photos. If you are unsure of the size you need or if you’re in between sizes, please choose the larger size. These are costumes not clothes and should fit comfortably. If they are too tight or fit poorly they may rip or fail otherwise. Remember it is easier to alter something that’s too big than too little.
HOSIERY: Absolutely NO returns or refunds on any hosiery items for any reason! This includes tights, thigh hi’s, socks, lingerie, etc. If you have long fingernails, I urge you to wear some thicker gloves while putting on your stockings to prevent runs and punctures.
PAYMENTS
ALL PAYMENTS EXPECTED WITHIN 3 DAYS!
Please only agree to purchase if you are serious and able to pay for the item. All payments must be received within 3 days of listings end. After 3 days a non-paying bidder complaint will be filed. After 4 days and no response from the winning bidder, item will be returned to stock and relisted. Payments after 4 days are not guaranteed fillable as stock may be limited. If you are experiencing trouble trying to make payments or other circumstances are occurring, Please let me know. I’ll try to help if I can, Communication is the key. Otherwise, I’ll assume it’s a hit and run.
U.S. Payments: I recommend that Paypal payments be made via cleared instant payment so that I can ship your item as prompt as possible. For E-checks: Items will be held until payment has cleared. E-Checks through Paypal may take up to 14 days to clear. I will not ship item before e-check clears, if you are in a rush for item you may cancel e-check and re-submit payment as a cleared instant payment. If you are bidding on multiple items, please wait until all your items have ended and make one combined payment to qualify for combined shipping. If you are unsure about the total, please ask or wait until I send an invoice. I will no longer issue refunds for over paid shipping!
International Payments: International payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars via Paypal only!! No Exceptions!
Late Payments: Payments received late will be filled if stock is available and at my discretion. If an item has been relisted or sold, I reserve the right issue a refund deducting a restocking inconvenience fee the greater of $2.00 or 20% of the total payment.
SHIPPING
Items will be shipped to address provided to me via Paypal. I may also use the address provided by eBay if needed. VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a change is needed to the shipping address, please contact me before the item is shipped through the eBay mail system. I will reply via eBay mail to confirm that I have received your message noting the requested change(s). Messages sent any other way may not be received as I no longer open unknown emails. Once the item is shipped, I can’t make any changes or retrieve the package. USPS has been making many changes and some to zip codes, I use postage software that tries to match up addresses. When a match occurs it formats the address for USPS and helps expedite the parcel. In some cases, it won’t accept some addresses. It may be necessary for me to verify or request shipping address. This request will be sent via eBay messages.
Shipping Overview: I reserve the right to ship items as I see fit such as: Packaging items together or separate, upgrading shipping class, etc. If more than one shipping method is available, please choose the one that best fits your timing needs. I DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES. Shipping costs are not negotiable and may include packaging, handling and other costs. I ship as prompt as possible after cleared payment has been received. I try to ship most items same day as long as cleared instant payment is received by 8 am Eastern Standard Time but please allow up to 2 days. Due to the increased costs, I no longer make unnecessary trips to town. I ship on days USPS delivers mail-Monday through Friday. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday or postal holidays.
Undeliverable Mail: I will not refund shipping on items that are returned to sender, undeliverable to address given or any other item that has been shipped. Items will not be reshipped unless buyer decides to pay the additional shipping charges. Undeliverable and Return to sender items are subject to a restocking inconvenience fee the greater of $2.00 or 20% of total.
Refused Mail: I will not refund shipping on items that are refused. Refused items will also be subject to a restocking inconvenience fee the greater of $2.00 or 20% of total.
U.S. Shipping: Some items can only be shipped via surface transportation (no air) such as contents under pressure, therefore buyers from Hawaii, Alaska, other islands, and APO/FPO addresses may be restricted. Please read description thoroughly for details. Sometimes the shipping costs for some items may differ for Islands, Military addresses or U.S. Possessions. No local pickups unless specified in description.
International Shipping: All fees and costs such as duties, custom fees, or taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the cost. I abide by shipping regulations and will not falsely mark packages. Also please note that the shipping costs are not negotiable and will include packaging, handling and other costs. Some items cannot be shipped internationally, this will be specified in the description or shipping details. Cost is based on weight, country, and package dimensions. I abide by the shipping company's rules for dimensions and customs. I will not mark package as a gift or state a lower value. It is the buyer's responsiblilty to know the restrictions for items that are prohibited from being shipped to their country. I will not be responsible for items seized, inspected, or delayed by customs. Not all mail classes are available for some items. All available classes will be shown in the option details. Some larger items may be expensive to ship.
Combined Shipping: I do combine shipping on items that can be safely packaged together. Sometimes depending on weight and destination of item the combined shipping may not be extremely discounted. If this is a concern please inform me the details of which items that are to be purchased and the destination zip code or country. I can give you the cost after that info is received. Then you will know if it is favorable or not. I can use flat rate boxes. These boxes do have size limitations. One consolidated payment MUST be made to qualify for combined shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have won more than 1 item and are unsure about the amount of combined shipping, Please request a total and wait for me to send an invoice before making payment. Please note that I reserve the right to ship items in the same package even if you pay separate shipping. I WILL NO LONGER SEND REFUNDS ON OVERPAID SHIPPING AMOUNTS.

SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATED BY EBAY AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY. SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND SHOULD BE USED AS A REFERENCE ONLY. DELAYS MAY OCCUR ESPECIALLY AROUND HOLIDAYS. FIRST CLASS AND PARCEL POST CLASSES ARE CHEAPER AND SLOWER. PLEASE KEEP YOUR DELIVERY TIME NEEDS IN MIND WHEN SELECTING A SHIPPING CLASS.
I WILL SHIP THE ITEM VIA THE CLASS YOU SELECT DURING CHECKOUT UNLESS A BETTER METHOD IS AVAILABLE. SHIPPING UPGRADE REQUESTS WILL HOLD ORDER UNTIL THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING HAS BEEN PAID FOR. I HAVE TRUSTED THOSE IN A RUSH IN THE PAST AND GOT BURNT. NOT ALL SHIPPING CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL ITEMS.
INSURANCE & TRACKING
U.S. SHIPMENTS: Purchasing insurance for packages shipped within the United States is optional. I will NOT be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered items. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Insurance and tracking numbers are not offered on packages shipped outside of the United States. Parcel numbers may be available for international packages but these are not tracking numbers.
MISCELLANEOUS INFO
BEST OFFER: Some items may have a best offer option. A buyer has a chance to make 3 offers. If all 3 offers are declined, the buyer is unable to make anymore offers. I can’t undo offers. Once you’re out of offers, your only remaining options are to buy the item at the buy now price or not buy it at all. Please do not buy the item and expect me to lower the price, fees are calculated by the final price.
STORE SALES: Periodically, I’ll run sales on certain items in my store. Sales may last hours or days. I reserve the right to end a sale at any time.
HARASSING MESSAGES: Some of my items may be offensive to certain individuals. I don’t waste my time looking at things that bother me, and there’s plenty of that on ebay. So before you waste your time sending me rude comments, harassing notes, or threatening messages, you must know that I report any and all messages of these types.
BLOCKED USERS: I have buyer blocks enabled on my account, users may be blocked from making purchases if they do not meet certain requirements. I also reserve the right to block user(s) as I wish. Some examples may be bid cancellations, retractions, noncompliance of terms, nonpayment, etc.
ITEM AVAILABILITY: I DO NOT DROP SHIP OR SELL PRE-ORDERS ON ANY OF MY ITEMS. I only list items that I have in stock. Some exceptions may occur such as an item gets lost, damaged, or I have mistakenly listed a wrong quantity or item. Mistakes happen.
BID CANCELLATIONS/RETRACTIONS: I encourage all buyers to shop around before deciding on a purchase or placing a bid. Make informed buying decisions. Please pay attention to what you are doing when you place your bids. Make sure you are entering the correct amount that you are willing to pay. Ebay is not free for sellers and we are charged a % of the final price. You are responsible for your eBay account and the purchases made with it. Don’t give your password out or let others use your account to make purchases. Avoid using the refresh button while making a purchase to avoid duplicating a purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION:Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a restocking/cancellation fee of $2.00 or 20% of total, whichever is greater. Orders cannot be cancelled if already shipped.
TERM CHANGES AND UPDATES: These terms may change or be updated at anytime as needed.
