We offer a 7 day returns policy. If the item or items are unwanted or unfit for purpose of purchase please contact us within 7 days from delivery to arrange the return. All return costs for unwanted or unfit for purpose of purchase items are not covered by us and must be returned within 7 days from notification, we will not be held responsible for any items damaged or lost on return. Once the item is returned a refund will be given less any original postage paid and a 15% administration charge.

If you are unsure when purchasing parts that they are correct for what you need please ask us before purchasing as returns costs will not be covered by us and a re-postage charge for the correct one will have to be paid or the 20% administration charge will applied to the refund once returned.

In the very rare occasion that you receive something incorrect or damaged please let us now within 3 days from delivery and we will be more than happy to replace or correct this error at no costs to yourself.
